We’re from Texas and my Mom lives in Hokes Bluff, we had read about Cothran’s and stopped by to get my wife a Birthday while we are here visiting. We got a Chocolate on Chocolate cake and it was sooooo good! We also got some doughnuts and they were yummy too! We’ll be back for sure! The cake is almost gone!

They have the best chocolate covered original donuts. I've also enjoyed the pound cake which is one of a kind along with the cinnamon twist.
Conveniently located. Small clean bakery full of fresh made filled, covered and glazed donuts, prepackaged cupcakes, candies and cookies. Beautiful cakes ready made. I just popped in to grab a few, the chocolate filled are heavenly, and the cream filled are a great choice too. Very fresh, excellent texture, melt in your mouth wonderful. The staff was prompt and courteous and the prices were competitive.
We used Cothran's to cater an event recently and I am so glad we did! We ordered 120 cupcakes for the event. When I called, I spoke to the owner and placed an order based on his recommendations on flavors and such. We went with red velvet, strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate cupcakes. All were a hit and SO reasonably priced!!! The cupcakes came out to about $1.25 each which was an amazing price point compared to other places. I was able to place the order by phone and pick up day of close to event time. The cupcakes were fresh and exactly what we needed. You simply cannot beat Cothran's Bakery! We will be using them again and again.

I love Cothrans bakery. It's been around for as far back as I can remember. They have such a great selection of fresh homemade cupcakes, doughnuts, breads, cookies & etc. They also can make & offer a wide variety of cakes whether it's bday cakes, Anniversary cake, wedding cake or whatever occasion your looking for 1 they offer such a huge selection & they are so so beautiful & fresh, they have a great taste, moist. It's everything your looking for when it comes to fresh doughnuts, cupcakes, etc!!
The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. You will find some of the tastiest treats in the city. It’s important to be early because some desserts sell out quick.
